Just because you look young, doesn't mean you're unqualified. Although society is still torn on whether we want to look 'young and hot' or 'seasoned and successful', one Karen made it crystal clear to her dental hygienist that she thought that her youthful looks deemed her an unfit health provider. Although she was still in the early years of her career, OP was working one morning at the reception desk when Karen set foot in the office. After waiting in for the doctor for a sweltering 5 minutes, Karen was extremely rude with OP about how useless and unqualified she was as at her job– little did she know, a few moments later, OP would actually pull and uno-reverse on her in the dentist's chair. 

When Karen was brought in the doctor's office for her teeth cleaning, OP stepped in and was introduced as her dental hygienist. Slack-jawed and backtracking, Karen proceeded to endure the grossest dental cleaning at the hands of the woman she was just insulting as OP got the perfect revenge. How's that for "unqualified"?
